Carpathia Private Tours SRL ("Carpathia", "we", "our") operates the website carpathia.tours and associated services. We are a private touring company registered in Bucharest, Romania, registration no. J40/1234/2026.
When you submit an enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and the information you voluntarily provide about your travel plans. When you book a tour through a third-party platform (GetYourGuide, Viator, Airbnb Experiences), that platform collects its own data under its own privacy policy.
We use your enquiry data solely to respond to your message and to design a tour proposal. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to your initial enquiry. We will never sell your personal data.
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission, or from the date of your last tour completion — whichever is later. After that period, data is deleted unless a booking relationship exists, in which case we retain it for the duration required by Romanian tax law.
